Domestic Water In Tiffany Gardens East & North Will Be Shut Off From 8AM Until Noon, Thursday, April 4th

Domestic water in Tiffany Gardens East and Tiffany Gardens North will be shut off from 8AM until noon on Thursday, April 4th.  The purpose of the shut off is to make the final water line connections for the TGE/TGN boiler.  If you recall, during cold weather, this boiler will prevent condensation from forming around the copper risers that go up every stack into the HVAC closet of each condo within the East and North residential towers.

Our cooling system contractor had hoped to avoid another domestic water shutoff but just came to the realization that such a shutoff was unavoidable.  Consequently, we have scheduled the domestic water shutoff for Thursday morning in order to ensure that we do not cause any further delay in completing the cooling system replacement/upgrade project.

While the domestic water system for the East and North buildings is shut off, there will be no water flowing into the kitchens and bathrooms of all the TGE and TGN condos.  Therefore, you may want to consider filling your bathtub with water so that you can use the water to refill the tanks of your toilets.

As always, your patience and understanding will be appreciated.  Every effort will be made to complete the job earlier than 12PM (noon).  In any event, you will be kept informed by Integrity Property Management and/or your Board President (especially when the domestic water is flowing again).
