Break In Underground Water Line Between Well And Pump House Affecting Tiffany Gardens East And NorthA couple of severe leaks in the underground water line between our well and pump house were discovered earlier today (Wednesday, February 3rd). The leaks are in an old schedule 40 PVC pipe. Consequently, we will need to replace all the old pipe between the well and the pump house with schedule 80 PVC pipe (which will be twice as strong as the old pipe). The above referenced emergency repair project will take several days. During this time, the cooling and heating system for the East and North buildings will be completely shut down. In other words, there will be no air conditioning or heat in any condo until the repair is completed. Please be sure your HVAC (heating, air conditioning and ventilation) units are turned off until you are notified to turn them back on again. |
